Step 3: Assessment Test

If the documents are revised and it shows you have enough experience to become a licensed coach in the Netherlands, you will be invited to an assessment test. This assessment will cost the applicant €245,-. The costs for the assessment test must be paid in advance.  You will be tested by one of our tutors and asked to perform a group training and an individual training.

Step 4: Get licensed

If the test is finished successfully, you will receive a Dutch license level A for two years. With this license you will be allowed to be a coach at any tennis club affiliated to the KNLTB.

Step 5: Permanent Development

As a Dutch coach it is obligatory to meet certain training regulations. This system is called Permanente Ontwikkeling (permanent development). You need to obtain 24 PO-points every two years in order to keep you license active. You can find more information about permanent development here.
